PEOPLE will be spinning on their heads in Worcester this week when a breakdance class teaches them how to dance the hip-hop way.
Worcester dance company DanceFest is hosting the Breakin' in Space classes for anyone over 14, starting on Thursday, September 29.
The classes are being held at The Angel Centre in the city's Angel Place every Thursday after that between 8.15pm and 9.30pm.
Breakin' in Space ran a series of popular breakdance sessions for DanceFest for several years, and the sessions are back because so many people want to learn the 1980s dance craze.
There will also be a younger group led by 2 Faced Dance Company from Hereford, who run highly acclaimed breakdance sessions in Herefordshire and regularly create breakdance and hip hop for performances at the city's Courtyard Arts Centre.
They will be leading a class for eight to 13-year-olds on the same days, between 5.30pm and 7pm.
Both classes start on Thursday, September 29 and cost £3.50 per week or £30 for the whole term.
