ANDY Keast believes the pressure is all on Harlequins after their damaging defeat last night.
Worcester's head coach watched on as basement boys Leeds leapt three places to ninth in the Zurich Premiership table following their 21-10 win over Quins at Headingley.
It leaves the the Stoop team rooted to the bottom of the pile -- a point behind Worcester and needing to beat Sale on Saturday to have any chance of avoiding the drop.
Worcester have won two more games than Quins and, if points are equal after Saturday's final-day matches, the Warriors will stay above their rivals because of that statistic.
"That was always going to be important," said Keast.
"I think the pressure is on Quins now because they've got it all to do. We always felt that a Leeds win might suit us better because of us having won more games than Quins.
"However, it doesn't change the fact that we've got to look after ourselves on Saturday. If we perform against Northampton then we will win the game."
Under-pressure Quins' boss Mark Evans tried to put a brave face on their predicament last night but if they cannot beat Sale at the weekend, they are gone.
"We've just got to prepare as best as we can to go out and win the game," he said.
"I thought 37 points would be enough but someone is going to go down with 38 to 39 points. It would be a massive blow if we went out of the Premiership.
"I think we can win against Sale, but two games in five days is a big ask."
In contrast, Leeds' head coach Phil Davies was delighted.
"We've got one game to go against Bath and we will have to be ready for them because they are going to throw the kitchen sink at us, that's for sure."
