DAREN O'Leary will skipper Worcester from full-back tomorrow night (8pm).
The veteran wing will lead the Warriors against Leeds Tykes as they go in search of a European final slot at Headingley.
Worcester make mass changes to the side which went down 32-17 at Wasps on Sunday.
Fringe first-team players such as Paul Sampson, Duncan Roke, Jon Hylton and Clive Stuart-Smith are given a chance in the back-line, while Steve Sparks moves to tight-head prop with Dylan Hartley making his debut on the other side of the front row.
Hooker Ben Daly is given the chance to show his ability around the park at blindside flanker and Neil Mason comes in for skipper Pat Sanderson who is rested for the Euro Shield semi-final, second leg tie.
Worcester hold a nine-point advantage following their 43-34 first leg victory. However, with one eye on the April 30 Premiership showdown with Northampton, the Worcester camp are erring on the side of caution.
"Tomorrow night's game will be very interesting," said Worcester head coach Andy Keast.
"We are looking at a number of different combinations so what we hope is that the players selected hold their hands up and rise to the occasion.
"We've never said that this competition is a priority for us but we've always been professional about it and gone into every game trying to win it. I think Leeds will be focused on beating us and taking the form into their game with Harlequins on Tuesday night. What we have to do is make sure we get a performance from our team."
The final of the European Shield will be at the Kassam Stadium, Oxford, on Saturday, May 21 (5pm) and will be televised live by Sky Sports. In the other semi-final, Bayonne take a two-point lead into their match at Auch.
