TRANSFER speculation has hit fever pitch at Worcester Warriors.
French prop Patrice Collazo was at Sixways on Saturday to watch the Warriors go down 19-18 to Saracens and that led to obvious questions over a possible swoop for the Toulouse loosehead.
Worcester look to be facing a transfer tug-of-war with Gloucester for Collazo's services after the former Kingsholm man decided that his future lay back in England.
The Warriors, however, look odds-on favourites to snap up Gloucester scrum-half Andy Gomarsall.
Speculation over the England man's future has continued over the past few weeks and Worcester last night admitted for the first time that "talks were on-going" to bring Gomarsall to Sixways.
They are also chasing South African flyer Breyton Paulse. The Stormers wing, who has bagged 21 tries in 51 appearances at international level, is coveted by Keast.
"There is an interest there," confirmed the Sixways head coach.
n Worcester's eight-point cushion from the relegation zone was cut to four yesterday as bottom side Leeds beat top-of-the-table Leicester Tigers at Headingley.
It was the second time this season that Leicester have been beaten by the league's basement boys after Northampton shocked them last month.
The Tigers have, however, done the double over Worcester.
