PAUL Sampson is back in Sixways training.

Worcester's winger, who underwent a minor shoulder operation last month, is fit for selection as the Warriors head to Harlequins on Saturday.

Sampson's route back into the first team looks likely to be blocked, however, by Ben Hinshelwood.

The centre returned this week following his Six Nations duty with Scotland and head coach Andy Keast admitted that Hinshelwood's condition was encouraging.

The former Bedford man has struggled all season with a niggling back problem and training sessions with Scotland have, in the past, taken their toll.

Hinshelwood, though, is fighting fit after failing to get any time on the field during Scotland's opening two defeats in their Six Nations campaign.

"Ben's come back and he's in good shape," said Keast.

"He's trained fully so we've got Ben, Giscard Pieters, Daren O'Leary and Paul Sampson who now comes into the equation."

Hooker Ben Daly is also fit to return after recovering from his bicep injury.
