UCHE O'Duza has been handed the chance to light up Sixways against Rovigo.
The flying winger, who shone at the Commonwealth Youth Games last week in Australia, is given his first team debut in Worcester's side for Saturday's European Shield second leg tie.
The 17-year-old returned to Sixways this week following his silver medal joy in Bendigo and head coach Andy Keast has given him an immediate chance to impress.
Worcester won the first leg 48-3 in Italy last weekend and Keast admitted that O'Duza would have been involved if he hadn't been called up for England on Commonwealth Sevens duty.
"We would have liked to get Uche involved last week but obviously, that wasn't possible," said Keast.
"It's a massive chance for him to show us just what he's about. I said, at the start of the season, that Uche would be in my thoughts and he's now got a chance.
"He's a young man with a lot of potential and this game represents the perfect chance for him."
Worcester bring back Dale Rasmussen, Thomas Lombard, Drew Hickey, Craig Gillies, Tim Collier, Chris Horsman and Andre Van Niekerk into the side as they bid to build momentum before their Powergen Cup clash with London Irish on December 18.
With Worcester almost guaranteed to progress in this European competition, Keast sees the game as an opportunity to build up for next Saturday's test.
"We've brought back a number of players because we want the intensity to be right," he added."Drew Hickey comes into the back row because of Pat Sanderson's suspension and he will play at openside.
"We also thought we'd have a good look at Lee Fortey at loosehead prop because he hasn't had that many opportunities this season.
"It's a game where we can look at a number of different combinations and we have to see it as something which can be helpful to our Premiership campaign."
James Brown trained for the first time yesterday since his neck injury flared up and Keast will make a late decision on whether to put the fly half on the bench.
Warriors: Delport; O'Leary, Rasmussen, Lombard, O'Duza; Hayes, Powell; Fortey, Van Niekerk, Horsman, Collier, Gillies, Vaili, Hickey, MacLeod-Henderson.
