COLIN Noon has solved Worcester Warriors' tight-head problem.
The 28-year-old prop has been brought in on a six-week trial period from Rotherham Titans with both of Worcester's first choice tight-heads struggling with injury.
Chris Horsman is definitely out of the big kick-off with Newcastle next weekend because of a broken hand while Neil Lyman has a sternum injury.
Noon, who impressed against Worcester in Rotherham's promotion season, is one of many players who haven't been paid by the ailing South Yorkshire oufit for two months and was, understandably, keen to move on.
The former Bridgend man, who toured Australia with Scotland alongside Worcester skipper Ben Hinshelwood in the summer, was one of the few Rotherham players to do themselves justice in the Premiership last season.
"The trial period gives us both an opportunity to look at each other," said Director of Rugby John Brain. "If we are both happy then, after that date, we have an option to extend his stay."
