Swan Theatre Amateur Company marks the 60th anniversary of the end of the Second World War with the light-hearted farce, See How They Run.
Penned by Philip King and set in 1945, the play tells the tale of young ex-actress Penelope Toop, and her husband, The Rev. Lionel Toop, a reserved, serious young vicar.
After a row with her husband, Penelope bumps into Lance Corporal Clive Winton, one of her former thespian friends and a proud, handsome man, and hilarity ensues.
The play runs at the Swan from Tuesday to Saturday, October 4-8, at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £9.50 (concs £8), first night tickets £7, from 01905 611427.
