A Cutnall Green farm has been sold at auction in Kidderminster for £655,000 after attracting considerable interest.
Broadhouse Farm went in four lots at the auction run by Halls at The Gainsborough House Hotel.
The main lot, comprising a two-bedroomed farm bungalow, a range of farm buildings and 45 acres of land, exceeded its guide price selling for £500,000.
A large farm building and concrete yard sparked a good deal of competition before going for £45,000.
Healthy bidding for lot three, comprising an eight-acre pasture field was sold for £52,000 and the final lot, 18 acres of productive farmland, made £58,000.
A 12-acre pasture field at Sturt Lane, Kinlet, Bewdley, also went under the hammer in two equally divided lots, which sold for a total of £104,000.
The last lot at last Wednesday's auction, 40 acres of pasture land at Old House Farm, Heightington, Bewdley, failed to reach its reserve of £100,000 and remains for sale by private treaty.
Halls director Roger Sadler said he was delighted with interest generated by the auction and the excellent results, with six of the lots exceeding their guide prices.
