A SEVEN-year-old boy from Kidderminster is in hospital with serious head injuries after he was in collision with a car.
The child, who was on a pedal cycle, was in a critical but stable condition at Birmingham Children's Hospital as the Shuttle/Times and News went to press.
The accident took place at 4.45pm on Saturday, September 17 in Jubilee Drive, Kidderminster. The driver of the maroon Vauxhall Cavalier, driven by a man in his 40s, was not injured.
PC Andy Saunders from the North Worcestershire Road Policing Unit said: "This is a serious incident and we are trying to establish exactly what happened. We are appealing to anyone who saw this collision to get in touch."
