OPENING action in the B Division of the Cotswold Floorball League took place at Chipping Campden Sports Centre on Tuesday.
The team from the host school enjoyed a goal feast, scoring 13 times in their two matches on a night when the three games produced 19 goals.
Shipston and Longborough were the victims of CCS. The former losing 5-0 as Toby Robinson, Harry Pinfold, Max Outteridge, Grace Williams and Robbie Powell all found the net for the Campden side.
Powell and Outteridge then netted twice to help their side easily overcome Longborough 8-0. Pin-fold, Robinson and Williams were joined on the list of scorers by George Woodall.
The match between the two losing teams saw Shipston's better positional play prove beneficial and they managed to find the net six times without reply.
Harry Barnard bagged a hat-trick, while Joe Patrick, Josh Weston and Chris Holmes were the other players to inflict more misery on the Longborough youngsters.
There's action in the C Division next Tuesday when players from Bredon Hill, Bledington, Chipping Campden C and Quinton will be in action.
