CITY solicitors Harrison Clark are supporting Acorns Children's Hospice with a special wills promotion starting today.

The company will prepare a legally-binding simple will in return for a small donation to the children's charity.

This includes £50 for a single will and £75 for a double will. Harrison Clark, whose offices are in Deansway, has already raised more than £3,000 for Acorns through a similar promotion last year.

"The wills promotion will help give individuals' peace of mind and help raise much-needed funds for a very good local cause. And what better time to start this promotion than during national children's hospice week," said Dawn Oliver, partner at Harrison Clark.

Acorns provides care to children and young people with life-limiting illnesses and support for their families. Acorns Worcester opened in March this year and provides care and support specifically for children and young people in Gloucestershire, Hereford-shire and Worcestershire.

The 10 bed, purpose-built unit has a multi-sensory room, hydrotherapy pool, special facilities for adolescents and an acre of interactive gardens. To find out more about the Acorns Will promotion or book an appointment, call Ruth Baker at Harrison Clark on 01905 612001 ext 421 or email her at rbaker@harrison-clark.co.uk

The promotion will last until the end of October.
