AS an ardent animal lover, I am absolutely outraged at letters put through doors in Hayes Road, Wolverley, pointing the finger of suspicion at tenants for injuring cats belonging to the Baker family.
These letters went all round the estate, but the heading stated: "To the residents of Hayes Road, Wolverley".
Their three cats wander all over the estate, and are still doing so.
I should have thought that with such horrific injuries, the animals would be frightened to go out, or approach anyone, but they do, and are stroked (nothing else) by quite a few residents.
Having lived on this estate for many years I can honestly say that we have never had accusations thrown at us like this, and I object most strongly to "threats" of CCTV cameras being installed.
Anyone who lives close by will now be "monitored" and be a "suspect" with their privacy invaded.
