CHADDESLEY were simply gr-EIGHT as they thrashed Darlaston To-wn Reserves 8-1 in their West Midlands League Division Two clash.
Within minutes of the start Marvin Whitter put Chaddesley two ahead with smart finishes.
Onwerekogza Okenedu kept his recent goal-scoring run going with number three.
Chaddesley relaxed a little for around 10 minutes, and James Page took advantage to score for Darlaston.
The visitors responded with Tony Vale scoring two goals to give Chaddesley a commanding 5-1 lead at the interval.
Vale completed his hat-trick after the break and Jon Baker came off the bench to add two goals to complete the 8-1 rout.
Substitute Keith Bradley summed up his side's victory, saying: "Darlaston were a poor side and for once we took advantage of this and knocked the ball around well.
"However we had a poor spell in the first half and if the opposition were better we would have been punished".
Chaddesley entertain Bromyard Town Reserves at Longmore on Saturday, kick-off 2.45pm, players to meet at the ground for 1.30pm.
