KEEN singers are being invited to the first ever Beckford Big Sing to take part in auditions and let their singing talents loose.
Hilary Davies and Alice Robin have teamed together to let the people from the Vale sing to their hearts content.
The Beckford big sing will be led by Hilary Davies from Eckington and Alice Robin from Sedgeberrow and will offer visitors the chance to come and learn to sing in glorious harmony at Beckford village hall.
Hilary Davies said: "It is our birthright to sing but sadly so many people miss out because they haven't sung since school or were told they couldn't sing. Others don't sing because they can't read music. At the Beckford Big Sing sessions which are being held monthly all songs will be taught by ear making wonderful harmony."
Mrs Davies leads three thriving community choirs in Worcester, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham.
"We teach by ear, offering vocal warm-ups, simple technique for freeing the voice and then a fabulous selection of songs from around the world, " Mrs Davies.
The Big Sing starts at 2pm and runs until 5pm with refreshments provided. Pre booked places £10/£8 unwaged on the door £12/£10 unwaged, children half-price. Forthcoming Big Sing dates: Sunday, October 16, Sunday, November 13 and Sunday, December 18.
