WE were saddened to read Mrs Clarkes letter regarding the Worcester Royal Hospital and would like your readers to be aware of my wife's and my experience of treatment at the hospital.
Around midnight on Christmas night I was rushed into the medical assessment unit suffering with severe breathing difficulties.
I received treatment all night before being transferred to Beech Ward where I spent six days in a two person ward, and could not have received better care.
Recently my wife and I spent most of a day again in MAU and the Mulberry Suite (going in at very short notice) for tests.
Again the care, kindness and attention couldn't have been bettered.
A view shared by other patients in the suite. Surely these are examples of the NHS at its very best.
