JAI Stanley could be ruled out of Saturday's Moor Green showdown with a knee problem.
The 26-year-old midfielder's right knee, which required an operation last year, was badly inflamed following Worcester City's 1-0 home defeat to Hucknall Town.
He is now the fourth player on the City treatment table, along with full-back Les Hines (thigh) and midfielders Nick Colley (hamstring) and George Clegg (medial ligaments).
"Jai has got a problem with his knee," said City player-manager Andy Preece. "He rang me to say it was really badly swollen. He said it did not feel right.
"It could be quite serious because it's his right knee. We must look at it this week and monitor his pro-gress."
Worcester's injured players arrived at training at St George's Lane last night for assessments.
Captain Graham Hyde will return to Nationwide North action against the Moors after recovering from influenza.
