Stunning results from Tom Walker and Kevin Stewart and Phil Wheeler and George Parker helped the Craycombe hosts bring back the overall score to 6-5 only for Neil Whatmore and Tony Hill to scramble a half and give the Vale the narrowest of victories.

Former captain at Evesham, Gary Bristow returned to the club with his father Don to win the annual Father and Son competition.
It was a third win in the event for the Bristows, who were one of the oldest pairs to line up for this popular tournament.
