A PENSIONER died in Droitwich Spa following a fall at her town nursing home, an inquest was told.
Minnie Robinson, aged 86, suffered a fractured right ankle during the accident at Ravenstone Nursing Home, in St Andrew's Road, on June 9.
Coroner's officer Richard Boulter said she was admitted to Worcester Royal Infirmary and returned to the home on Wednesday June 14.
He told last Thursday's inquest at Worcester: "She contracted broncopneumonia due to immobility and died on June 20."
Worcestershire's deputy coroner, Tim Sherwood, recorded a verdict of accidental death.
