TITLE-chasing Kidderminster Harriers could have defender Steve Pope back in their squad for Bank Holiday Monday's Nationwide Conference clash against Hereford United at Aggborough (1.00).

He is on the mend after missing Harriers last four matches because of a hamstring problem.

Definitely ruled out is midfielder Mike Marsh who could be sidelined for up to six weeks with a thigh muscle injury which forced him to miss last Monday's 1-1 draw at Hereford.

He joins Andy Brownrigg (cartilage) and Shaun Cunnington (back) who remain on the casualty list.

Kidderminster, who are third in the table three points behind leaders Rushden & Diamonds, will go into Monday's match on the back of six home league victories on the trot.

Harriers boss Jan Molby said: "It will be another very important and tough game for us. If we can start better than we did at Hereford then that would be a big help."

Molby's assistant Gary Barnett said: "It will be like another cup tie type of game for us, but three points is vital. We have got to keep the pressure on the leading pack in the league. But we have been very positive at home and there has been some terrific football played at Aggborough."

Harriers skipper Paul Webb said: "We have got a great record at home and we'll certainly be looking for the three points. We were disappointed not to have taken all three at Hereford. A draw was a fair result in the end, but we had some chances to have won."

Harriers, who shared the points at Edgar Street when Stewart Hadley equalised after Hereford had taken an early lead through Paul Fewings, will be training tonight and Sunday.
