KIDDERMINSTER Harriers front-runner Mark Druce has overcome an injury scare and is set to line up against Welling United in tomorrow's FA Cup fourth qualifying round clash at Park View Road (3.00).
The former Hereford United campaigner has been hampered by an Achilles tendon problem but has now been declared fit.
There is not such good news, however, concerning Rene Petersen, Phil King and Scott Stamps.
All three are on the casualty list and have been ruled out of tomorrow's trip to Kidderminster's Nationwide Conference counterparts.
Midfielder Petersen has overcome being laid low by a virus, but is now sidelined with a foot injury picked up while playing for the reserves against Worcester City at St Geo-rge's Lane last week.
King is still battling against a calf injury while his fellow defender Stamps is out of action with groin trouble.
Utility player Steve Taylor continues to make good progress after his recent ankle operation.
Because of their injury problems Kidderminster have name a 17-strong squad which includes reserve team players James McWilliams and Jez Harman.
Both were substitutes in Harriers' Nationwide Macmillan Trophy defeat at Altrincham last week.
Harman was also on the bench when Kidderminster bounced back after two successive reversals with a 4-0 victory over Conference high-flyers Yeovil Town at Aggborough last Saturday.
Regarding tomorrow's clash Harriers assistant manager Gary Barnett said: "All FA Cup ties are big games at whatever stage you come into it and whatever standard of opposition you are up against.
"All supporters want their side to get through to the next round and we are no exception."
Kidderminster (from): Clarke, Hinton, Hines, Pope, Smith, Bennett, Skovbjerg, Foster, Druce, Brownrigg, Webb, Brock, Hadley, Cunnington, Barnett, McWilliams, Harman.
FORMCAST: Harriers have not drawn this term and tomorrow could well end in a 1-1 draw.
