JAN Molby is urging Kidderminster Harriers fans to be patient despite their pointless start to the season.
Harriers entertain Woking in the Nationwide Conference tomorrow (3.00), still looking to open their points account at the fourth attempt.
But Molby is refusing to panic or make rash chan-ges, and says results will come in time.
He said: "We need to collect our first points of the season and soon.
"The longer it goes on the more difficult it is going to be for the players.
"But they are still quite up, they are working hard in training and are desperate for a bit of success.
"We never thought it was going to be easy but we didn't expect the start we have had.
"There is no need to start losing our heads. We have to remain calm and believe in what we are doing."
Harriers will feel that tomorrow's game provides a good opportunity to break their duck, with Woking only two places better off than them in 17th.
Molby added: "We are back at home again after two difficult away games.
"Woking are well organised and will be strong, but we have to be patient and have to match them in terms of effort and then hopefully get one or two breaks."
Harriers stick with the squad that lost 5-3 at Rushden and Diamonds last week, although there may be chan-ges in the starting line-up.
"I do believe in the players and I don't want to start making wholesale changes just yet," said Molby.
Harriers, who go to Forest Green on Monday, will have major suspension problems when they travel to leaders Stevenage next Saturday.
Midfielders Steve Taylor, James Collins and Rene Petersen are all banned after early-season sendings-off -- Taylor and Collins at Yeovil and Petersen at Rushden.
