AN "unhealthy" looking man who indecently assaulted a woman in a Kidderminster subway is being hunted by police.
The woman from Kidderminster was attacked in the subway under the Worcester Road island leading to Stourport Road at 11.30pm last Thursday.
She was assaulted after the man turned back towards her after initially walking past. Police said she had been left "shaken" by the incident.
They are also trying to trace another woman who was warned from going into the subway by the victim. They feel she may be able to help with their inquiries.
The attacker is described as about 25, 5ft 8ins with a "roundish" face, a pale and unhealthy complexion with two small white scars on his left cheek, and very short light brown hair.
He was wearing "tatty" white Nike trainers with a red flash, a blue lightweight jacket and blue lightweight baggy trousers.
Anyone with information should call Kidderminster Police on 01562 820888 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
