Redditch Ladies Hockey Club made it two wins out of two in the summer league with victories over Kidderminster and Droitwich.
They dominated both matches with their opponents unable to match their slick passing movements and fast breaks.
Against Kidderminster a fierce Joy Sealey strike cannoned off the Kidderminster keeper and defender to put them one up. Sealey then grabbed the second while Jo Stafford scored the third from close range.
Kidderminster scored a late consolation goal. Result Redditch 3 Kidderminster 1
In the second match Droitwich could not break through the sound Redditch defence. Redditch had the majority of possession and chances and Droitwich had to rely on some inspired goalkeeping to keep the score down. The Redditch goals from Sam Donlon and Kirsty Stafford. Result Redditch 2 Droitwich 0.
Redditch were due to take on Stourport last night.
