MEMBERS of Hidden Tiger Karate Club are celebrating against after posting some impressive results at a top tournament.
The Bengeworth-based club was competing at the Grand Slam Championships held at Cox Moor Leisure Centre, Kings Heath and several of its fighters did really well.
Michael Smith was crowned youth champion and Jason Reeve was the peewee champion after overcoming fellow club member Conor Corr.
James and Michael Smith teamed up with Matthew Farrar to win the three-man title, while Jason, Conor and another student from Birmingham came third in the three-man peewee class.
Lisa Smith also did well to take joint fourth in the girls' class.
Instructor Paolo Martins will be back in action himself next month when he travels to Dublin to take part in the Open Martial Arts World Champion-ships when a full contact title will be his aim.
