SUMMER breezes are cooler for Church Westcote resident Caroline Cummins who has shaved her head.
Caroline, aged 27, took the plunge and shed her locks at the New Inn at Nether Westcote last Saturday. She said: "We think we raised in the region of £350 to £400."
On the night she was joined by Robert Cannon, who also decided on the spur of the moment to have his head shaved, which raised £70.
The money is for the Leukaemia Trust, which Caroline and her partner, Tom Stayt, have supported since his father, Peter, died of leukaemia two years ago.
