RECORD entries - topping 150 for the first time - and a record attendance marked a truly "Glorious Twelfth" of August for West Malvern Garden & Nature Club at its Annual Show last Saturday.
Hope Scott and Kay Roxburgh shared the judging of the flowers, vegetables and produce, while the entries in the well-filled photographic classes were described by judge Jim Croome as "marvellous".

Youthful violinists and pianists ranging in age from 10 to 21 will be displaying their skills at a final concert to wind up a week's intensive study at the International Summer Course at St James's School led by virtuoso Khazakstan-born violinist Marat Bisangaliev and former King's College Music Scholar David Kershaw, husband of St James's headmistress Stephanie Kershaw.
Tickets are £3 each on the door and the concert on Sunday August 27 will start at 7.30pm.
