Malvern Town Football Club held their first ever open evening at the Langland Stadium last Friday.
On a glorious summer's evening over 200 people passed through the gates to take a look at what was going on.
The evening kicked off with the Junior Penalty Competition and the results were as follows;
Under 14's Winner: Paul Langstone; Runner-Up: Luke Burton. Under 18's Winner: Dean Watson; Runner-Up: Alex Smith.
The Trophies were sponsored by Clarke Roxburgh and presented by Cheltenham Town Assistant Manager Mark Davis.
Other events ranged from a putting competition to a stand set up by the Worcester Football Association encouraging the recruitment of referees.
On the field Malvern Wanderers Under 9's caused Town Manager Joey Rawle serious headaches by defeating a strong Town first team.
One of the most important parts of the evening saw Town launch their new playing strip and announce Malvern Instruments as the new club sponsor.
Eventually the evening had to close, but not before the BBQ had served it's last offering at 11pm, having sold it's first at 6.30pm!
