SHOW of Hands' Steve Knightly opens the new season at Worcester's Huntingdon Hall with a solo performance next month.
It is a quick return to the venue for Mr Knightly, who appeared with his Show of Hands partner Phil Beer in June.
The multi-instrumentalist will be at the Hall on Friday, September 15, the first of six major events for September, including the Phil Beer Band on Saturday, September 23.
Mr Knightly is followed on Saturday, September 16, by the Wilko Johnson Band, the Dr Feelgood co-founder being joined by bass player Norman Watt-Roy and drummer Monti, both former members of Ian Dury and the Blockheads.
Singer-songwriter and former The Wonderstuff frontman Miles Hunt arrives at the venue on Friday, September 22.
Mr Hunt, who achieved No 1 with The Wonderstuff and comedian Vic Reeves with Dizzy, has been touring as an acoustic performer since 1998 and already has a solo album under his belt.
The month rounds off with appearances by Sam Brown on Wednesday, September 27, and The Crazy World of Arthur Brown, the following night.
Sam Brown has been a professional singer since she was 12 and sold two million copies with her 1988 debut album Stop. Ten years later she performed at G8 Summit in Birmingham, to guests including US President Bill Clinton.
She is currently working on new material for a fifth album.
Arthur Brown's place in rock history was secured with the 1968 hit Fire and now tours in a four-piece band.
He appeared at the Huntingdon Hall last year and is due to release an album of new material this month.
