A MAN has appeared before a judge and denied four charges of breaching an anti-social behaviour order.
It is alleged that Richard Dawe, aged 66, imitated the sounds of a peacock and urged dogs to worry Derek Clifton, Worcester Crown Court was told.
Dawe, of Hollybed Street in Castlemorton, is also accused of using foul and threatening language to Paul Clifton, and causing distress or harassment to Malcolm Snooks by driving a vehicle at him.
In March this year, Dawe was told to obey a 15-year anti-social behaviour order.
But last month this was reduced on appeal to five years by a judge and two magistrates at Hereford Crown Court.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between Friday, April 14 and Monday, May 8 this year.
Judge David Matthews yesterday adjourned the case for trial and granted Dawe bail.
