SMART students at Droitwich Spa High School have chalked up A-level exam statistics their headteacher can be proud of.
Eighty teenagers sat a total of 313 exam papers and 88 per cent gained A-E passes.
Seven per cent achieved A grades, 28 per cent scooped A-B grades and 46.5 per cent gained A-C's.
The schools overall points score was 19, with an A being worth 10 points and E carrying 2 points.
Headteacher Cledwyn-Davies described these as "raw statistics" which he expects to rise after appeals and special circumstances are taken into account.
In the past two years the school's A-level results have seen it ranked among the top ten in the country.
Mr Cledwyn-Davies does not expect the same success this year but is delighted with the students' hard work.
He said: "They have done remarkably well and have achieved very high grades. "There have also been many personal achievements.
"I have seen a tremendous partnership between staff and students which has resulted in brilliant grades."
