Taking first knock, Alvechurch lost the early wicket of Peyton to Mark Davidson.
Lavender then steadied the innings, scoring 26.
With Feckenham's spinners Sellwood and Kings being introduced into the attack, the scoring rate was slow on a wet outfield.
Smith top scored with 30 and managed to raise the tempo of the innings but Sellwood with 4-38 and Kings 3-44 saw off the rest of the batting as Alvechurch were bowled out for 137.
With a small total to defend, Alvechurch opening bowlers Gilmour and Brindley got their side off to a dream start by picking up four wickets with only 25 scored.
Andy Fletcher and Nick Cockrell then set about repairing the damage before Cockrell was out for 13.
Fletcher and Jon Cockrell then pushed up the score to 109-5 and a Feckenham victory looked assured.
However, a dramatic over whereby Gilmour took four wickets turned the game on its head and, with Clifford dismissing last man Davidson, Feckenham were dismissed for 116, giving Alvechurch a rare victory this season.
