Alcester lost the toss and were put in to bat on a wicket damp from overnight rain.
Tony Lister (53) was the only visiting batsman to master the conditions, although Julian Reader (19no) made a useful contribution at the end of the innings, which left Alcester 159-8.
In defence of this modest total, Alcester's performance in the field was superb.
After 20 overs, Overbury were 33-4, from which they never recovered.
At close of play they were 100-9. Julian Reader 0-10 in 10 overs, Geoff Morris 3-17 and John King 3-10 starred with the ball.
This win is Alcester's fifth consecutive victory.
