Headless Cross Ladies FC continued their pre-season form with an away victory against Chelmsley Town.
Ladies Cross soaked up early pressure and keeper Eve Adams had to be at her best to push a Town shot onto the crossbar.
Cross responded straight away when Claire Skidmore found Gail Wright in the penalty box, only to be brought down, from which Tina Waugh converted.
Cross took control of the game when a Beth Jarrett corner found the head of Sharon Porter to make it 2-0.
Just before half-time, Hayley Wootton beat two players before firing home from 25 yards.
The second half was much the same, with firstly Jarrett intercepting a weak goal kick to fire high into the net.
The next came when Amanda Hill beat three players down the left before firing an unstoppable right-footed shot.
Gail Wright added the sixth from a Jarrett cross, which left Emma Wendon to grab the seventh after beating three players and slotting home with ease.
Player of the match was Tina Waugh.
