PARISH councillors are remaining tight-lipped following secret talks about Fairfield Villa Football Club.
Belbroughton Parish Council gathered on Monday night.
Press and residents were kept out, and after the meeting parish clerk John Banbery refused to reveal what went on.
The football club is continuing a long battle with the parish council to get hardstanding at its ground at Fairfield Recreation Ground.
The team needs the upgrade so it can play there.
Last season it shared a ground with Bromsgrove Rovers after moving up the table.
