A STOURPORT man whose dogs worried livestock dropped an appeal against a sentence at Worcester Crown Court.
Martin Crump, 43, of Cedar Close, was fined £1,300 with £50 costs by Kiddermin-ster magistrates after they heard that two goats and a sheep were killed by the dogs.
But Crump withdrew his appeal on Friday and was ordered by Judge Marten Coates to pay £122 court costs.
Crump had told magistrates that he had the dogs to guard his premises after a series of burglaries at outbuildings. He had since spent £4,500 on security fencing.
