Hugh Whitemore's new play God Only Knows opens at Malvern Theatres on August 31 and runs until September 9.

A fugitive appears during a peaceful evening in Tuscany and shatters the evening for four holidaymakers. The fugitive claims to possess long-hidden knowledge that's considered both momentous and dangerous. His knowledge involves the Vatican's Secret Archive, an Italian antiquities dealer and a Jewish preacher.
