KIDDERMINSTER Harriers are hoping to have midfielder Paul Webb back in action for tomorrow's Nationwide League Division Three clash against Halifax Town at Aggborough (3.0).
The former Bromsgrove Rovers campaigner missed Tuesday night's 1-1 Worthington Cup first round first leg draw with Second Division Walsall at the Bescot Stadium because of a shin injury.
Kidderminster manager Jan Molby said: "We'll have to wait to see if he'll be fit, but the bruising is coming out and he has a 50-50 chance of being ready in time."
Webb suffered the injury during last Saturday's 2-0 defeat against Scunthorpe United at Glanford Park.
Midfielder Andy Ducros returns to the squad after being rested for the trip to Walsall.
Ducros has been battling for full match fitness following his record £80,000 move from Nuneaton Borough.
Molby said of Halifax: "They have had an okay start in the league with two draws and they have played well in both games, so it will be another tough one for us.
"They are a strong side, well organised and they aren't going to make the mistake Torquay did when they came to Aggborough by under-estimating us. But, although it's going to be tough, we are looking forward to it.
"We know how they play as we've had them watched a couple of times. They get it forward very quickly and use their wing backs.
"They have got two very good wing backs especially Mark Jules on the right, so they are not a bad team. They've got a big target man up front like Scunthorpe had last Saturday so the idea is to keep them away from goal to make them not as effective.
"They are going to come to Aggborough trying to frustrate us and make it as difficult as they possibly can."
Following tomorrow's encounter Kiddermin-ster will be training on Sunday in preparation for their Bank Holiday Monday visit to Brighton (3.0).
Molby is urging fans to make the trip to the Withdean Stadium after being disappointed by the number who travelled to Scunthorpe last Saturday.
He said: "I hope there will a good number who travel down to Brighton because we need their support."

Meanwhile, Harriers are urging fans to buy tickets as quickly as possible for their Worthington Cup first round second leg match against Walsall at Aggborough on Tuesday, September 5.
Walsall have been allocated about 2,000 tickets for the all-ticket clash after announcing their initial allocation of around 1,000 has virtually sold out.
A large number of the 4,000 tickets on offer to Harriers supporters have already been sold.
