STUDENTS from home and abroad have helped Malvern Girls' College to notch up a 99 per cent pass rate at A'Level.
Malvern's Katharine Whitehouse was one of four pupils gaining five grade As, the others being Lydia Chan, from Hong Kong, Cheri Chan, from Hong Kong, and Frances de Navarro, from Broadway.
Katharine's As were in Biology, Chemistry, Economics, General Studies and Maths and she will go on to Edinburgh University to study Medicine in the autumn.
Another local success was Lucy Neville, from Storridge, with three grade As in English Literature, History and Religious Studies. She is hoping to secure a place at Oxford.
"We are pleased with all the girls, they have worked very hard to achieve considerable success and we wish them well in their future careers," said Girls' College head Philippa Leggate.
