IT'S very early days but the new boys are doing themselves proud in Division One.
The top three places are taken up by the teams who were promoted from Division Two in May.
Rubery Redstar were beaten 8-1 on Sunday by leaders Access Security Athletic.
Gary Kilburn netted for the home team but Richard Bills again grabbed the limelight with a hat-trick. Bob Coy, Steve Dipple, Ian Edwards, Chad Ehlersten and Carl Smith also scored.
Alvechurch Darts are second after their 7-1 triumph over Winyates Athletic. Mark Brown (two), Melusi Cartwright, Steve Fisher, Mark Foley, Grant Wheeler and Julian Workman notched for the homesters with Richard Frampton replying.
Darren Smith scored for third placed Rubery Social as they drew 1-1 with Nailers Arms whose goal hero was Shamol McGeachey.
Mappleborough Green (thanks to Dave Phillips and Chris Thorp) beat Droitwich Red Lion 2-0.
Turks Head lost their second game of the season. Nick Lawley scored for the visitors but goals from Joey Beard, Richard Burton and Richard Costello handed Mostyn Rangers victory.
