THE key to Kidderminster Harriers' rapid rise to third in Division Three is down to the "fantastic" team spirit Jan Molby has created within the squad, according to Ian Foster.
The striker believes the spirit and the tactical awareness of Molby have played a huge role in Harriers' success after winning three out of their four league games so far.
Foster, delighted after netting in the 2-0 win at Brighton on Monday, said: "He has given us the system and basically you work hard and don't let your mates down.
"You work all week for three points and if we put in that effort every game then there won't be many teams that can beat us."
Molby once again used the 4-2-3-1 formation to frustrate Brighton and it worked perfectly with Harriers' goals coming from two quick breakaways.
Foster added: "Brighton was a tough game and that's why the boss has put us in that formation.
"It's difficult to play against because we have five in midfield and try to hit them on the break.
"We've got players like myself, Dean Bennett and Tony Bird who can go forward at pace with Barry Horne and Ian Bogie protecting the back four.
"Third position in the league is magnificent for us."
