THE Malvern Magic Grass Track races attracted a bumper crowd to Storridge.
The event, organised by the Malvern and District Motor Cycle and Light Car Club, attracted over 1,000 people and was heralded a success by race organisers.
Competition secretary John Ban-ner said: "It was very successful from an overall point of view. It is the first time we have put on a meeting for seven and a half years."
Such was the success and re-sponse to the well organised day, Banner has not ruled out the possibility of another event next year. A decision will be made at Septem-ber's committee Malvern club meeting meeting. But they don't have much time as the dates have to finalised in October.
Kidderminster's James Childe won the first event for up to 250cc Solos. Neil Taylor won event two for 251-350cc Solos.
The 351-500cc Solos and the Unlimited cc Solos both went the way of Phil Ashcroft, while a four-rider accident forced a re-start in the unlimited capacity final.
Chris Salisbury and Gary Hughes took the 500cc Sidecars and David Norris the Pre-75 Solos race.
