Feckenham won the toss and put the home team in to bat.
In the damp conditions, the opening batsmen put on 37 before the introduction of in-form spinners Steve Kings and Ed Sellwood took the first wicket.
Opener Williams continued to hold the innings together with a patient 51 and it was at 78 that the next wicket fell.
Kings with 5-46 and Sellwood 4-46 now held the upper hand and Barnards Green were bowled out for 138.
Feckenham's reply got off to a familiar poor start, losing their openers for 18.
Skipper Kevin Baylis ensured no more wickets fell at this stage, with a determined innings of 39.
Andy Fletcher again provided the support needed to take Feckenham to victory with a knock of 43 not out.
