MY brother and his wife visit every year. At their last visit, I arranged a local taxi to collect me so that I could meet them at 9.50pm off the London coach at the bus station.
The driver had to park in Angel Place, not being allowed to enter the bus station. I dashed to collect them and their luggage. My brother has angina and I was forced to repeat this process when they eventually left.
Until this year, the coach arrived in Droitwich at 6.30pm. Before that, they arrived at Croft Road where one could park. It's a bit much for octogenarians.
