I would like people to consider the town over new plans for the Worcestershire Hotel

There seem to be plans underway yet again with regard to the Worcestershire Hotel and new apartments.

Though no plans have yet been submitted, this is potentially great news for the town. It has been criminal that this building has been left to deteriorate over the last 18 years.

In order to retain the look and importance the hotel gives to Droitwich Spa, can we please insist that any plans being formulated retain the name Worce and more importantly the fascia of the hotel.

I do not think our townspeople will be too happy if any plans do not appropriately retain these two important elements; the tradition and look of our town depends on it.
