THE best food and drink producers in the region are to stage a festival of fine food in one of the county's most historic landmarks.
Heart of England Fine Foods has joined forces with the owners of Eastnor Castle to stage the event, due to feature a Victorian working kitchen, children's attractions and Herefordshire's own Ready Steady Cook.
Local chefs will also be on hand to stage cookery demonstrations.
"Eastnor Castle in the dramatic setting of the Malvern Hills and surrounded by a beautiful deer park, arboretum and lake, will provide the perfect location for this festival of fine food and drink," said Karen Davies, chief executive for Heart of England Fine Foods.
"As the food and drink group for the West Midlands and surrounding counties, it is our aim to promote the region's speciality food and drink."
Producers interested in exhibiting at the event on Saturday and Sunday, October 7 and 8.
