AS the Sarah Hampton Sunshine Appeal takes off and promises to make a huge contribution to the relief of suffering among abandoned children in Romania, the Shuttle/Times & News is inviting readers to use our offices as collection points for gift boxes.
The boxes should contain non-perishable items such as soap, detergent, sugar, cooking oil, bags of rice , dried milk, toys or childrens' clothes.
Anyone who would like to send a gift can drop it in between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, at 6 Towers Buildings, Blackwell Street, Kidderminster, or between 9.30 am and 3.30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays at 2 High Street, Stourport.
Cash donations should be made to the Sarah Hampton Foundation (account number 41577360) at HSBC, High Street, Bromsgrove, or sent to Hamptons the Opticians, 11 Crown Close, Bromsgrove, which will also receive offers of sponsorship for Helen Smith's university research project.
