JAZZ classics old and new will be belted out when the Worcestershire Jazz Orchestra comes to Kidderminster next month.
According to secretary Roy Snook, the orchestra - formed about four years ago as a rehearsal band - aims to "keep the sound of Big Band Jazz alive", with concerts featuring all-time favourites from Miller, Ellington and Basie and contemporary composers such as Sammy Nestico.
Tickets for the band's next concert, scheduled for Kidderminster Library on Tuesday, September 26 at 8pm, are priced £4 and available by calling 01562 824500.
