PETE Jennings' season of bad luck looks like changing after a hard-earned fifth place in the British 125 Championship race at Cadwell Park on Monday.
"All of us in the team were praying for a finish at least," said Jennings. "It's been a tough season, but with three more rounds to go I am more than ever determined to get some podium finishes."
The Offenham rider beat 27 riders on his Knotts Honda to finish at an average of 83.58 for the 15 laps of the tricky Lincolnshire circuit.
HIs next outing is a local one at Mallory Park on September 17.
