A ONE under par 71 from Droitwich's John Bickerton today puts him on six under par and in a strong position at the half-way stage of the BMW International Open at the North Munich Golfclub.
Bickerton has stayed in touch with the top of the leaderboard throughout both rounds and is now just six shots behind co-leaders Thomas Bjorn and Miguel Angel Martin.
Hereford's David Park, who had the privilege of teeing off with golfing legend Seve Ballesteros yesterday, has also picked up a shot today, leaving him on five under par with one hole left to play.
Jeremy Robinson, from Evesham, had a disappointing day yesterday, finishing his first round on four over par. He tees off his second round later today.
Australian ace Greg Norman, the former Open champion, stayed in touch at five under in his second round.
